Hello Qwt428, Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra features an immersive foldable display, powerful multitasking capabilities, and a versatile design tailored for both productivity and entertainment. We understand your concerns regarding the hairline cracks and the expanding black area on the inner display after a drop, especially when the phone was closed and protected by a case. It’s important to have a fully functional phone, and we recognize the urgency of your situation. As you may know, Samsung products come with a limited 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, eligible devices can be protected further by adding Samsung Care+, which offers extended coverage and additional support. We encourage you to contact our Samsung Support Team to explore your warranty options and to find out if you can take your device to a local uBreakiFix location in your area. More information is provided below. Your detailed feedback is invaluable to us and helps Samsung improve the overall user experience.
