Who pays for the delivery fee when I return my product under the Samsung Change of Mind Policy?

There will be no charge for returning eligible Mobile Products within the return period (14 days from when you receive the eligible Mobile Product) under Samsung’s Change of Mind Policy. Change of mind returns is only available for Mobile Products.
