Il Dispenser eroga automaticamente la dose di detersivo e ammorbidente su misura per ciascun carico, evitando il rischio di sovra o sotto dosaggio. Il dosatore può contenere abbastanza prodotto per 1 mese di lavaggi*, cosi non dovrai riempire la vaschetta ogni volta.

Grazie all’erogatore manuale puoi usare detersivo in polvere e detersivi specifici, come lana e seta. Gli erogatori automatici permettono di usare la quantità di detersivo necessaria in base alla durezza e al livello dell’acqua.

Ecodosatore Flex

Il dispenser eroga automaticamente la quantità di detersivo e ammorbidente più indicata per ogni carico. Può contenere detersivo e ammorbidente per un massimo di 25 cicli, oppure fino a 47 cicli se si utilizza solo il detersivo*. Inoltre, con il sistema Flex si possono caricare due tipi diversi di detergente e scegliere volta per volta quale utilizzare.

* I risultati effettivi possono variare a seconda dell'uso. Lo scomparto del detersivo può contenere detergente generico per max 25 cicli. Lo scomparto Flex invece può contenere ammorbidente per max 34 cicli, detergente generico per max 22 cicli o detersivo speciale per max 29 cicli.

Lava o asciuga tanti capi in una sola volta, risparmiando tempo e fatica! Con una capacità di 18 kg in lavaggio e 11 kg in asciugatura, la lavasciuga può contenere tanti capi anche molto voluminosi, ad esempio un piumone invernale. È dotata di un cestello di grandi dimensioni che sfrutta bene lo spazio e migliora il controllo delle vibrazioni.

Asciuga i capi in modo rapido e uniforme, con meno pieghe e grinze. L'esclusivo sistema di condotti presenta una struttura del flusso d'aria migliorata, che assicura un alto livello di efficienza termica. Uno scambiatore di calore di grandi dimensioni migliora il processo di deumidificazione, mentre l'efficiente modulo di ventilazione genera un elevato volume d'aria.

Pulisce a fondo il bucato e protegge i capi delicati. Ecobubble™ genera una schiuma attiva che penetra nel tessuto rapidamente. La funzione Speed Spray elimina lo sporco e i residui di detergente. Pulizia automatica del condensatore

Mantiene sempre pulito il condensatore di calore, per assicurare la massima efficienza. Viene effettuata tramite un potente getto d’acqua sullo scambiatore di calore appena prima della fine del ciclo di asciugatura. Questa funzione rimuove i pelucchi e lo sporco che si accumulano con il passare del tempo e che riducono l'efficacia di asciugatura.

Filtro per lanugine 2 in 1

Filtraggio efficace

Raccoglie i pelucchi per mantenere sempre puliti sia i vestiti che lo scarico. Questo doppio filtro per lanugine è molto ampio ed è dotato di un doppio strato che consente di raccogliere efficacemente pelucchi, lanugine e particelle. In questo modo, i tuoi vestiti saranno privi di aloni ed eviterai di intasare la lavasciuga o le tubature dell'acqua.

La durata di un ciclo completo varia in base al programma selezionato e al carico, ma il ciclo Super Speed completa un intero lavaggio e asciugatura in soli 68 minuti*.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this until in October of 2025. I had 3 service calls due to the dryer and the 4th time wasn’t repairable. I got a depreciated amount refund even though it was still under warranty and that was my only option. Also after so many washes you have to manually drain the washer and clean out the washer filter which is very inconvenient. I did like that the detergent and softener dispenser held quite a bit of liquid and didn’t have to put in everytime since my kids forget sometimes. I also liked that I could operate it from my phone to make it easier for my kids. I won’t recommend this model at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this washer/dryer combo for a while now and the biggest thing I love is being able to put a load in and completely forget about it until it's washed and dried. Not having to come back and transfer wet clothes to a separate dryer is honestly more convenient than I expected. The capacity is really good and I've been able to wash fairly large loads without any issues. Clothes come out clean and dry, and the machine is surprisingly quiet while running. The touchscreen is also very easy to use and gives the whole machine a really modern feel. I also like that it automatically adjusts the settings depending on the load instead of me having to figure everything out every time. The only downside I've noticed is that larger loads, towels, or heavier items can take longer to completely dry than they would in a traditional separate dryer. You also have to make sure you clean the lint filter regularly. Neither has been a major issue for me, but it's something to know going into a ventless machine. Overall, I'm very happy with it. The convenience of washing and drying everything in one machine has made laundry much easier, it saves a lot of space, and I love being able to start a load and not worry about switching it over later. I would definitely recommend it, especially if convenience and space saving are important to you.

We have had our ventless all in one for almost 2 years and love it. The huge capacity and load sensing is perfect for busy homes. Everything comes out fresh and clean. It has so many diffrent options it really does it all. I did purchase the pedestal a while after we’d had it and I want to say get the pedestal during the machine delivery as it is incredibly heavy to lift on the pedestal. I truely love our all in one. We don’t really use the internet stuff on the machine but it does have many things on it as well.

Bought 1 combo to replace washer then a 2nd to replace the dryer when it broke down. Now we have two combos which is great due to our big family laundry needs. We can wash and dry 2 loads at a time in the same space as a single washer and dryer. The elimination of the 220V electrical was convenient as well. Completely satisfied with washing and drying performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great having the combo washer/dryer. Saves space and not having the heat pump really helps to reduce heat buildup in the garage. The drawback is you can't have one load washing and another drying. The NORMAL wash/dry takes 5 hours total.... that's a long time. The Super Speed cycle can be done around 2 hours, but this is a quick cycle and I wouldn't use it as the NORMAL cycle. I could get all the laundry done in one day, but with this unit unless I start at 7am I can't get more than 2 cycles done in a day. I'm starting to get the issue other people are having: the heat exchanger needs cleaned after EVERY use. This has stopped the seamless wash and dry cycle to getting a text alert the machine needs serviced. If we don't get to the machine immediately this delays the cycle by every minute it sits under the error. I used to run cycles overnight and they would sit wet for several hours until we get the brush (not supplied) to clean the unit out. We've had the machine for about six weeks and it started having the issue after five weeks.

But they just seem to not last vet long without issues. My first one I had mad it 8 months before I started having issues with the control screen. Samsung finally replaced it for us but then it was a year into the warranty. Once I received the new unit a week later it was squealing and making noise at the top of the the machine.

One of the best things about this is that the clothes come out feeling slightly humid even though they are truly dry-- it's the machines way of keeping them de-wrinkled for up to 3 hours until I have the time to go fold them. It's actually made doing laundry from a traditional separate washer and dryer more convenient. The interface works well and there's a lot of different options for cycles.

The biggest problems are the location of the laundry detergent is not particularly accessible because they’re in the bottom of the machine. The biggest downfall of the machine itself is it drawing capability it clogs up often and you have to clean the lint from the entire top of the unit. Even if you clean the lint trap every time eventually you have to take the entire top off of this unit and dismantle it to clean out all of the fuzz that gets lodged in the top of it. That was a very poor craftsmanship in my opinion and is not very convenient. It also does not dry. Well you have to put it on max straw and sometimes you have to dry things two or three times to get them completely dry.

It tells me exactly when to automatically clean and perform automatic maintenance. I love the automatic dispensers for detergent AND softener. I was concerned about the big drum and washing large comforters, for example. But the washer is very smart. It knows when vibration is too much so it adjusts the contents before starting to spin again! Just the best washer I’ve ever had! The clothes are very clean and the statistics about each completed cycle (e.g., water used, etc.) are very informative. The condensation dryer was my greatest concern when I made the purchase. But there was no need to worry about it. Clothes are dry but not “overcooked” as with vented dryers. This unit is the real deal. When they figure out how to automatically insert a dryer sheet … the competition will be crushed!!! :-)

It’s been almost a year now and this unit has served me well. The capacity is great. The interface is easy to use. The vibration is controlled (make sure you have the unit installed and adjusted by a Samsung installer. I have mine on a pedestal and it stays solid). The cycles, especially the drying cycles take longer than you would expect, compared to a regular dryer. That’s not an issue for me as a single-person household. but if you are a family with kids, or in general requires to do more than 3 loads a day, this all in one ventless unit may not be the best choice for you. Other than that, I’m impressed with it and the Samsung support I received. The first one came dented, they promptly replaced it. Solid costumer support service. The app is great too, you get alerts when the clothes are ready, and you can even control it while running errands. Based on my experience, this is a great product. By the way, no smells. A lot of folks complained about the unit smelling bad after a while. Keep your door cracked open or open in between use and your unit will continue to smell fresh.

The drum capacity is quite large, and the variety of cycles makes it easy to customize each load. It also runs smoothly with very little vibration during operation. However, the drying performance keeps it from being great. The ventless system takes longer to dry clothes than a standard dryer, and items often come out with noticeable wrinkles if not removed immediately. It is a good space-saving option, but the overall performance is just okay.

It is able hold 3 big comforters at once and clean and wash them really well. My favorite part is the soap and fabric softener dispensers at the bottom of the machine just fill it and leave it and the machine will tell you when you need to refill them. I’ve had no wrinkles and it gets most the pet hair off everything the vibration on bigger loads can be felt if you are a upstairs apartment so we had but something under the feet so it won’t bother down stairs people but all in all we love this and saving us on space and money

Mein neuer Trockner steht nun seit etwa 2 Wochen bei mit zu Hause. Vorab kurz die Info: Der Bespoke AI Wärmepumpentrockner mit 9kg Fassungsvermögen wurde mir von Samsung zum Testen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lieferung war Reibungslos. Hermes schickt vorab eine Email in der man den gewünschten Liefertermin festlegen kann. Wenn man seine Handynummer mit angibt, bekommt man dann am Liefertag live Updates zum Status. Die zwei Paketboten haben den Trockner bis an den gewünschten Ort im Badezimmer geliefert. Was mich an der Stelle positiv überrascht hat war, dass die beiden Lieferanten den Trockner auch für mich auspackten und den Müll mitnahmen. Super! Bei großen Geräten habe ich persönlich immer Angst, dass die Lieferung nur bis zur Bordsteinkante erfolgt und dann mein Hausmüll durch die Verpackung meines neuen Gerätes bereits voll ist. Durch diesen tollen Lieferservice, war das zum Glück nicht der Fall. :) Jetzt steht der Samsung Bespoke AI Wäschetrockner, wie bereits schon erwähnt, an seinem angestammten Platz in meinem Bad und läuft.. Am laufenden Band. Der Wassertank (es ist ja ein Wärmepumpentrockner) ist sehr groß, sodass er auch beim Waschen von Kopfkissen oder Bettdecken nicht auf halben Weg voll läuft. Das Flusengitter befindet sich unter der Tür und lässt sich sehr einfach und schnell reinigen. Und das beste: der Trockner erinnert mich daran, dass er gereinigt werden möchte. Ich bekomme zum Glück nicht nur Benachrichtigungen auf meinem Handy (dank Smart Things App) sondern das große Display gibt mir Reinigungshinweise. Wenn der Wärmetauscher gereinigt werden muss, so wird mir eine Schritt für Schritt Anleitung angezeigt. Wenn das Flusensieb geleert werden muss, so bekomme ich auch hier auf dem Trockner und in der Smart Things App eine Benachrichtigung. Ich finde das klasse, denn ich möchte, dass mein Bespoke AI Wäschetrockner noch viele Jahre meine Wäsche für mich trocknet, denn Der Trockner ist ultra leise! Selbst wenn ich die Tür zum Badezimmer offen stehen lasse und in meiner kleinen Wohnung den Fernseher leise habe, kann ich das Gerät kaum hören. Auch die AI Dry Funktion des Bespoke AI Wärmepumpentrockners ist eine echte Erleuchtung. Ich gebe einfach meine nasse Wäsche (egal was, Hauptsache sie ist Trockner geeignet) in die Trommel und starte das AI Dry Programm. Der Trockner dreht nun einige Male die Trommel zur Erkennung der Füllung und tadaa: er wählt eine geeignete und meistens sehr zeitsparende Trocknung als Programm aus. Und hier kommt der größte Bonus: eine schnelle Trocknung meiner bis zu 9kg schweren trockenen Wäsche bedeutet auch, weniger Stromverbrauch und somit weniger laufende Kosten für mich. Mein Fazit: Der Bespoke AI Wärmepumpentrockner mit 9kg Fassungsvermögen ist ein echter Alltagshelfer. Seine Smarten Funktionen und reibungslose Integration in Smart Things und mein Smart Home sparen mit Zeit, Stress und Geld. Ich würde jedem diesen tollen Haushaltshelfer empfehlen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been extremely impressed with the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo (HZA1). The biggest advantage is the convenience—being able to put a load in and come back later to clean, dry clothes without ever transferring them is a game changer. It’s perfect for busy schedules. The machine is surprisingly quiet, the AI features do a great job of adjusting the cycle automatically, and the clothes come out clean and evenly dried. I also appreciate how energy efficient the heat pump drying system is, and not having to install a dryer vent made installation much easier. The built-in detergent dispenser and SmartThings integration are nice quality-of-life features that make laundry feel almost effortless. If you’re replacing a traditional washer and dryer, there is a slight adjustment since drying cycles can take longer than a conventional vented dryer, but the convenience of never having to move laundry between machines more than makes up for it. Overall, this has been one of the best appliance upgrades I’ve made. If you’re looking to save space, reduce energy use, and simplify laundry day, I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke AI All-in-One Ventless Combo.
