Ich hatte ein Samsung S24 Ultra, ein Top Gerät mit toller Ausstattung. In der täglichen Nutzung war es für mich leider zu schwer und unhandlich. Im Urlaub habe ich dann bei einem Mitreisenden das Flip 7 gesehen und war sofort sehr angetan. Also habe ich bei den Flip 8 Vorbesteller Aktionen zugeschlagen und es bis jetzt keinen Moment bereut. Super kompakt und durchdachte Bedienung. Die Kamera kann zwar nicht mit der des S24 mithalten, für den Alltag aber qualitativ voll in Ordnung. Im Urlaub filme ich sowieso mit Insta360 und DJI Cams, daher für mich nebensächlich. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die eher langsame Ladgeschwindigkeit des Akkus, kann ich aber mit leben.

I recently upgraded from a Galaxy S24 Ultra to the new Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. The display is stunning, and it's definitely one of the phone's biggest strengths. However, I really miss having the S Pen built into the device, which was one of my favorite features of the Ultra series. After one week of use, it's still too early to give a comprehensive review, but I haven't experienced any major issues so far. That said, I haven't noticed significant improvements in the camera or audio quality that would justify the much higher price tag. In fact, the speakers seem slightly inferior to those on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. I'll maybe share a more detailed review after a few months of daily use.

Ansonsten ist es ein sehr dünnes interessantes und leistungsstarkes fold Händy womit man auch telefonieren kann. Leider ist das große Display mit leichten Wellen versehen wodurch das Spiegelbild nicht eben ist, bei seitlichem Blickwinkel. Wo ich für diesen Preis in der Spitzenklasse keine 5 Sterne geben kann. Aber sonst würde ich es weiter empfehlen macht weiter so Samsung und mal schauen ob es auch so lange wie das z fold 4 hält. Danke

The Display is probably my favourite part, its big and bright and makes watching videos and multitasking much better. Performance is also really smooth, apps open fast and I havent noticed much lag so far. Battery life has been pretty good for me, although heavy use does drain it quicker like you would expect. The Hinge feels solid and the overall Durability seems good, but I still find myself being a bit careful with a foldable phone. Overall I like it a lot, especially for work and multitasking. Its expensive but if you actually use the big screen then I think it makes more sense.

This new generation shows a lot of improvements over the previous ones I had. First of all, the crease is no longer visible. I am hoping that the screen protector will stay on longer than on my previous phones. I have yet to use the camera and try the AI for photo enhancement. But I am looking forward to doing that. The larger battery gives me longer working time and the improved cameras should improve my pictures.

I received the phone just in time for a big event of concerts all weekend. The phone was great to be able to squeeze into my pocket. Often times, I would have half in pocket and the other half latched to the outside of the pocket (folded in half). When I went to take pictures, however, I was surprised; the close up the camera is great, but videos and pictures are not 30 ft away are not good. The next day, I ordered an attachable telescoping lens to see if that would make a difference and while it did, I couldn't bring that to a concert and attach it every time I wanted a long distance photo/video of an artist. I did research online to compare the other phone brands because my previous Samsung phones pictures have received so many compliments on quality, lighting, vividness, etc. but I actually requested a friend to send me all of her photos and videos from the occasion. The rest of the phone, however, is working great. The eSim transfer from phone to phone including apps and contacts was nice, but I did have to login to all of the apps for the first time. Thanks for creating a compact design again. If the screen has any issues in the future, I'm sincerely hoping Samsung decides to do flip and fold phones still but with a divide between the screen! (like multiple tv's next to one another at a restaurant with one thing showing and spanning across all tv's like it is one tv)

An sich ein wirklich klasse Handy. Teilweise im aufgeklappten Modus ein wenig unhandlich. Im zugeklappten Modus gibt es manchmal ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit den Apps, dass zb sich die Tastatur nicht öffnen lässt oder dass die Aspect Ratio verzerrt wird. Da ich das Handy zum Launch gekauft habe gehe ich aber davon ais, dass solche kleinen Sachen mit der Zeit durch Updates behoben werden können.

Colours are better this year too. Linked to all my other devices seamlessly especially my Mini! Much more responsive and love the prompt features and AI spam alerts. It feels slimmer but still durable and substantial. You won't be disappointed!

This one is only a slight upgrade, though. Camera etc are much the same. The more powerful chip is noticeable when in use. My biggest issue is battery. It didn't need to be slimmer and lighter, because it was already a compact size. It needed a bigger capacity battery, that doesn't run so hot. This thing gets insanely hot if, say, you are running android auto with sat nav going. To the point where the phone shuts down. Not good, during a long car journey to somewhere you don't know. So, this has not changed from the 7. I was hoping it would. Everything else is good.

However the wow factor of being able to open the phone up to see the gorgeous large dispaly more than makes up for it. I am very impressed with the fact they have made the fold almost invisible. I can honestly say that I am totally unaware of it whilst using it and sometimes have to look at the back of the phone to make sure I am going to close the phone up the correct way. A brilliant piece of technology. It's just as quick as the S25 and overall I am extremely pleased that I traded in my S25.

The hinge mechanism is far smoother and easier to open. The screen brightness boost makes a big difference (as does the anti-reflective layer on the inner screen) and the ultra wide camera upped to 50px really does make for more detailed photos. The faster charging is great too, I really notice it when in a rush to top up (though the battery is lasting longer already, the extra MAh really help). Plus the Shadow Green colourway is gorgeous. My favourite colour anyway, so it was a no brainer!

Après 5 jours d'utilisation : l'écran principal ne fonctionne plus au redémarrage de facon aleatoire. Parfois pas de soucis, parfois aucune réponse de l'écran. Il faut éteindre le téléphone plusieurs heures et espérer le voir fonctionner à chaque démarrage. Le vibreur ne fonctionne pas. Pas de réel amélioration en dehors d'un téléphone plus fin par rapport aux générations précédentes. A noté que le téléphone semble chauffer davantage même sur des tâches lambda.

Excellent téléphone 🙂 Juste une petite amélioration possible, ce serait bien d'avoir "Google Maps" en widget sur l'écran avant du téléphone pour le garder fermé en cours de déplacement 😉 Peut-être voir avec Google. Côte système, une seconde amélioration serait de pouvoir empêcher de garder l'historique du presse papier et de pouvoir choisir une suppression automatique 😉 C'est fatiguant de devoir l'effacer manuellement à chaque fois sur OneUI 😅 Sinon, en dehors de cette petite suggestion, j'adore Samsung 🤩 (J'ai ce nouveau portable depuis moins de 3 semaines, c'est ma première semaine, on n'a pas ce choix dans ce sondage)

Das Galaxy Flip 8 ist noch einmal schlanker als der Vorgänger und hat durch den neusten Prozessor von Exynos 2600, der super auf die Galaxy AI abgestimmt ist, arbeitet das Galaxy Flip 8 deutlich schneller. Der Vorteil des Galaxy Flip 8 zu den Folds 8 ist das noch kleinere und handlicher Format. Das habe ich auch schon beim Galaxy Fold 7 sehr geschätzt. Eine Besonderheit, die dieses Jahr alle Falter betrifft, ist das neue Flex Titanium Display. Dadurch sind die Displays stabiler und eine Falte in der Mitte war für mich nicht mehr wahrnehmbar.

The responsiveness of the phone is impeccable and is extremely smooth, the new silicon carbon battery allows for your flagship battery life whilst making the phone slimmer, which shows in the crease now taking a huge visual decrease seen in other fold phones and also the hinge being smooth and durable to allow easy opening. And finally with the new titanium screen fitted into the screen the durability has stepped up dramatically.

Ich hatte mich bei der Präsentation schon in das Z Gold 8 verknallt! Habe mir dann auch die größte Version mit 1TB bestellt. Gesamt Eindruck Schulnote 2. Was mir nicht gefällt ist, das man nur eine physische Karte verwenden kann, und Esim. Auch das es nicht, wie es bei der Flip Serie funktioniert, das Aufklappen variieren kann! Das ist sehr schade! Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden!

Als jemand der bisher hauptsächlich die S-Serie glücklich genutzt hat, war es schon eine kleine Umstellung. Aber der praktische kleine äußere Display erlaubt dir nicht nur nicht nur die Uhrzeit zu sehen, sondern ist ein vollständig funktionaler Bildschirm. Man kann einwandfrei Nachrichten schreiben oder Selfies schießen. Das Aufklappen geht auch reibungslos. Man kann den leichten Knick etwas deutlicher sehen und fühlen als bei der neuen Fold Serie. Trotzdem stört mich der Knick nicht und das hochwertige Material verstärkt den Eindruck, dass dieser Bildschirm mich lange Zeit begleiten kann.

Ich bin mega überrascht worden, wie leicht es ist. Mit nur 215g gibt es einen sehr großen Bildschirm mit einer Diagonale von über 20cm. Der Bildschirm ist sehr klar und scharf. Aufteilung ist sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Technisch ist es sehr fortschrittlich und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Der Prozessor ist der neueste auf dem Markt von Snapdragon Generation 5. Sehr lange Akkulaufzeit von 27h und 5000mAh. Es gibt verschiedene Optionen der Speicherkarte, von 256GB bis 1TB. Es ist viel leichter zu öffnen als die Vorgänger.

hab mir das Fold8 Ultra gleich vorbestellt und es wurde zum angekündigten Termin geliefert ! Wie immer bei Samsung ;-) Auch der Trade-In-Deal hat super funktioniert ! nach 3 Tagen kam schon die Mail, dass alles erledigt ist. Und dazu noch einen 30% Gutschein für Zubehör! Das Fold8 ist der Hammer ! so dünn, kaum dicker als mein altes S23+ ! Grandiose Displays, wirkt sehr wertig, stabil und robust ! Aufladen per Kabel sehr schnell. Vor allem bei APP-Updates merke ich den schnellen Prozessor ! das geht ruck zuck... fertig !

The 8 does have decent updates; however, these updates are more so for convenience rather than needs for increased usability. For me personally, I could've gone without the upgrade to the 8. I only upgraded due to the rumors of this being the last flip so I wanted to make sure I had the latest version if this were to be true. I think if you enjoy the flip 7 and don't need or can't afford the upgrade, then you're good and aren't missing out on much.
I got the phone a week ago, The durability, the hinge and the battery are really good. I was a bit skeptical of the hinge, but after using it for a few days, I can say that the phone is pretty durable.

I can fit is into my pockets and it doesn't slide out; Yet I have all the real estate of a larger size phone-- and a bit more that the prior z flip series without losing the convenience of the smaller folded size. Integrating the apps and system with the new AI gives the ability to conceive, plan and execute my calendar, tasks, and events on time. This is due to the sharing of data, notifications and productivity files. The camera is also a step up as the pictures are sharp and well organized. The flip feature is to my liking as it gives me a simple, small, fit in pocket phone I can unobtrusively carry and use it folded for quick calls, texts, etc. When opened, the Z-Flip 8 pro idea a broader landscape to view articles, watch videos, and compose e-mail or letters.

The camera is much improved and the battery life feels a lot better. I love the amount of care and thought Samsung gave to the external screen, what you can do now on the outside is so impressive it's almost like having two phones in one. The color is also very nice with the pink tone. Also the opening and closing now is much better than before it has a more satisfying click when it opens and closes. Samsung also continues to do an incredible job with the crease in the screen when the Z Fold 8 is opened.

It is bright, sharp and the big inner screen makes watching videos and doing work much more enjoyable. Battery life has also been better than I expected. With normal daily use, I can get through most of the day without worrying about charging.Performance feels very smooth too, even when I have several apps open at the same time. I was a little unsure about the Hinge at first, but it feels strong and well made. The phone also feels more solid than I expected, which gives me confidence about Durability for everyday use. There is a small learning curve because it is different from a normal phone, but after using it for a few days, I got used to it quickly. Overall, it feels like a premium phone that is actually useful.

To start the design is great, the new features phenomenal. The Battery, well it sucks. I set up the phone and turned off all the addition stuff I don't normally use. Then I set up the power saving mode. Finally I'm not a huge user of apps just basic stuff. Im an older person so I'm not on tiktok/Insta/or any of the other social media. I play one game. My previous phone the flip 4 i would easily get 4 days out of the battery with regular use. This one im getting just over 2 at best. I can literally go to bed with it at 100% battery and wake up with it between 85 and 88% left. I guess the new AI features are eating up the battery but I dont even really use that. I have figured out how to fully turn that off to see if the battery life improves or not.

Love the form factor, but too expensive. The wider design makes the phone much more comfortable to use unfolded. However, the price is hard to justify, especially without Flex Mode or a dedicated telephoto lens. I also hope future versions improve battery life and add better dust, sand, and water resistance. The included free clear case also feels cheap and definitely isn’t worth the $59.99 MSRP. For this price, I’d expect more.

The hinge was never a problem on my 5, and it seems to be even smoother on this one, and no screen creased yet, although, that never really bothered me anyway. I have recently discovered "Bixby" as well. I always knew it was a thing on my old phone, but never used it, as I thought, well, if I have Google, why do I need Bixby?? It is SO GOOD! Now I can send a WhatsApp, or add to my notes, see the status of my washing machine etc, all without typing a thing! All in all, I love it, thanks!

The size compared to the Flip 7 is the same, but the hinge feels so much smoother. I have upgraded yearly since the Flip 3 and dont regret it! I love the small size for women's tiny pants pockets!
Appreciate that's it's slimmer and lighter than the previous. But definitely wish there were more upgrades from the 7 to make the upgrade more worth it. Had some issues with payment but the support team was amazing to help me through it (went above and beyond). There are not many case options available yet.

I switched to the Flip 6 upon its launch, and I just received a new Flip 8. As someone who loves to stream videos and music, I appreciate the improved screen quality on the Flip 8 with no visible screen crease on the interior screen due to the titanium upgrade. The slightly larger overall size is a better fit for my hand while still compact enough to fit comfortably and securely in my pockets. I am using Gemini vs. Google assistant and it's a game changer for instant access to facts, information and tasking. Fast,smooth and just a work of art and craftsmanship. Sometimes I feel it's a bit delicate compared to a single brick style but I guess I'm just getting used to it. Pick a good quality case as it does put your mind at rest on the protection front. Battery life seems s goods as my S23 even using it unfolded. The hinge is reassuringly positive on open and shutting, just remember if you rotate it while watching something you remember as trying to shut it the wrong way could damage it.

La duración de la batería es una locura para tener solo 5000... he probado terminales con 6000 y por supuesto sin esta pedazo de pantalla... y no duran más... sin problemas me hace dos días... prácticamente el doble que el modelo anterior. Estoy encantado con la compra, pero si le hubieran puesto el zoom x5 que lleva el s26 ultra en vez de este x3 que es vergonzoso para lo que vale el teléfono, sería de 10.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Es ist meinen ersten Eindruck vom Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra: Beim ersten Einschalten ist mir sofort aufgefallen: Die Falz ist bei gutem Licht kaum noch zu sehen und das Display spiegelt deutlich weniger. Außerdem ist das Fold spürbar dünner und noch etwas leichter geworden. Dadurch liegt es viel angenehmer in der Hand. Die Kamera möchte ich noch ausführlicher testen, aber der erste Eindruck ist schon richtig stark – endlich auf S26-Niveau! Laut Samsung soll der Akku jetzt problemlos einen vollgepackten Arbeitstag durchhalten. Wenn das im Alltag genauso klappt, kann die Powerbank künftig wohl zu Hause bleiben. Ein bisschen schade finde ich allerdings, dass Samsung auf den S Pen und integrierte Magnete für kabelloses Laden verzichtet hat. Hoffentlich kommen beide Features mit der nächsten Generation zurück.Ich upgrade definitiv! 🙂

I wanted to try a flip smart phone and after playing with a different kind for a bit, I found myself missing Samsung, whom I'd been with since 2006 when I got my first android phone. The quality is unmatched. No issues, the response is very quick and I have not had a single experience with the z flip 8 that hasn't been excellent. I highly recommend this phone as it's kind of like having 2 in one. A flip phone where you can use the outer screen for basically every function you'd need but you can also flip it open like the s series phones and get a different phone experience. A+ as always! Samsung knocked it out of the park with this one
Au top, j'hésitais l'année dernière sur le Fold 7. Cette année est l'année pour passer d'un S Ultra à un Fold Ultra. Pour le Fold 9 Ultra, le top du top pour moi serait d'avoir la taille du S26 Ultra avec S Pen. Avec l'écran pliable du Fold Ultra, la taille plus large et moins étroite serait un "banger" pour tous les jours avec l'écran extérieur. Mais l'expérience grand écran et l'interface dans son ensemble sont impressionnantes, quel plaisir d'être sur cet écran pour la détente des réseaux sociaux et le multitâche pour plus de productivité.

El Z Fold8 Ultra es un terminal impresionante pero que, para mi, tiene algunos detalles a los que me está costando acostumbrarme. Las lentes de la cámara sobresalen exageradamente, rompiendo el equilibrio del diseño, así como la percepción táctil cuando lo coges o transportas. Además dificultan la carga inalambrica. La pantalla es maravillosa, la duración de la batería impresionante y su peso es mínimo. Es una buena compra, pero hay que acostumbrarse al diseño.

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
